SALES GUIDELINES
& REQUIREMENTS:
1. TERMS of PAYMENTS
and CONDITIONS
- Reservation
Fee of P50,000.00 is to hold the particular unit (money can wire, bank to bank or
remittance thru the account of ROBINSONS LAND CORP. (see bank details here)
- Required
Downpayment must be accomplished 30 days upon payment of Reservation Fee
- Monthly Amortization
shall start thirty (30) days from full payment of equity.
- All amortization
payments shall be covered with post-dated checks (U.S. checks are also allowed for a 30-45 days clearing)
- All forms
of payments to be made by the buyer shall be payable directly to the ROBINSONS LAND CORP. and will be honored upon issuance
of Official Receipts right away if cash, if check payments upon clearance of each dated check.
- The buyer
must be abide of guidelines of the Developer as stipulated in the Reservation
Agreement
2. DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Duly Accomplished
Buyers Registration Form (download copy here) Sample Pro-forma Reservation Agreement Form (download copy here) and Buyers/Customer Information Sheet (download copy here)
- Photo copy
of latest of Community Tax Certificate or Passport
- Postdated
checks for the amortization of balance of purchase price
- Special Power
of Attorney (SPA) (if incase buyer is based in abroad & wants to authorized
any representative in the Philippines)

- Fill-up necessary
blanks in the S.P.A draft & affix your signature
- Snail Mail
the duly accomplished S.P.A together with your photo copy of Philippine or Foreign Passport & 1 Pc. (2x2) I.D. Picture, at the address below;

FINAL REQUIREMENTS
(fully paid including Dues & other miscellaneous fees)
>Five (5) signed copies of Deed of Absolute Sale
>One (1) signed copies of Deed of Restrictions (annex-A)
